Setting our objectives
We serve the diverse local communities of Lambeth and Southwark. This diversity is reflected in the profile of our patients and workforce, and brings many benefits. However, it is important to recognise that inequalities still exist, which may affect the quality of patient care or the experience of our staff.
Our equalities objectives (PDF 139Kb) set out our priorities to drive improvements in patient care, staff experience and reduce inequalities for our diverse workforce and patient population.
