Equality and human rights scheme 2010 - 2013

The equality and human rights scheme and comprehensive action plan cover all aspects of diversity, including, race, disability, gender, age, sexual orientation and religion or belief.

The Trust is strongly committed to equality, diversity and human rights and believes that a positive approach to these issues is essential to our future success as it underpins our ability to meet the needs of our patients, the diverse communities we serve and our staff.
