We're delighted to give students on UK undergraduate nursing programmes the opportunity to undertake an elective placement with us.
These elective placements are offered during August to September and January to February for a one to four week period. Places are limited and availability depends on the demand from our partner universities - King's College London and London South Bank University, as our hosted students take priority.
Type of learning opportunities
Specialties offered in adult placements include accident and emergency, cardiac, critical care, older-adult care, medicine, renal, surgery and theatres.
The Evelina London Children's Hospital can offer placements to paediatric nursing students in specialties including accident and emergency, cardiac, general medicine, intensive care, renal and surgery.
