We are committed to helping staff strike a balance between their work and home life.  We help with this through a range of supportive policies.  For example, some staff are able to work flexible hours or do some of their work from home, where appropriate.

We serve some of the most diverse communities in the UK - more than 130 languages are spoken in our local area.  We have a long-standing committment to ensure that our healthcare services and employment policies are fair and appropriate for our diverse patients and workforce.

We have been awarded the "Two Ticks" symbol which recognises our positive stance in employing disabled people. The Trust is also a member of the Employers' Forum on Disability.
