In August 2012, community health teams based at the Myatts Field Medical Practice and Railton Road clinic will be moving to the Akerman Health Centre – a new 'state of the art' medical centre in Patmos Road, Brixton.
The teams will provide a range of services including children’s health services, district nursing, foot health, a continence clinic, nutrition advice and stop smoking classes.
