Join us at our special day at the Cancer Centre at Guy’s where we will be celebrating Cancer Survivors’ Day with our patients, their families, care givers, staff and the community.
Now in its third year, Cancer Survivors' Day is an acknowledgement that survivorship begins on the day of diagnosis. The day is a celebration of hope and survivorship as we offer support to each other, share in the gratitude to our carers, and value the extensive clinical skills offered.
On the day there will be a celebration walk, fashion show, complementary therapies, live music, market stalls, children’s activities and much more.
As part of Cancer Survivors’ Day 2017 we will be holding a celebration walk.
Starting and finishing at Guy’s Hospital this picturesque walk will take in some of London’s sights and landmarks.
Choose from 3.5km, 6km or 11km walks along the Thames to celebrate cancer survivorship and raise vital funds in support of Guy’s Cancer Centre.
Registration is from £12 and we ask that participants fundraise £100 to help us continue to support people with cancer.
Register now for the day and walk at www.supportgstt.org.uk/walk.
