Men will be automatically invited by invitation letter in the year they turn 65.
Referrals for men over 65 should come from the patient as a self referral. We will accept referrals from GPs as long as the patient has given consent.
Please refer by telephone or fax.
Only men aged 65 and over can be referred. Any referrals for women, or men outside this age range will be returned to the referrer.
