Biography
Anaar Sajoo has been a genetic counsellor since 1994. She certified in Canada and registered in the UK. She is a trainee mentor and registration board assessor. Anaar works with medical students and specialist registrars and teaches GPs, nurses, midwives and health visitors.
Anaar is a supervisor for MSc genetic counselling students and a sign-off registration mentor for trainees who have completed the MSc programme. She is also a visiting tutor at King's College London.
Anaar was seconded to the National Genetics Education and Development Centre in 2008 - 2009 to help teach genetics to other healthcare professionals.
