Diabetic eye screening clinics

 

Diabetic eye screening clinics are held six days a week across the following sites in south east London.

Evening appointments are available on request. Please contact us if you require an evening or weekend appointment or have any additional needs.

All appointments are booked by our administration team. You can contact them on 020 7188 1979 or by emailing gst-tr.seldesp.admin@nhs.net.

    • Upon arrival, please go to the Streatham Suite on the first floor and check in with the receptionist.
