How to make a referral

Please send your referral in writing for the attention of either the podiatric surgery team or Mr Eoin Baldwin, consultant podiatric surgeon.

We accept referrals from GPs in Lewisham or any relevant Allied Health Professionals.

Please only refer ASA grade 1 and 2 patients suitable for elective day case surgery performed using local anaesthesia.
