Information for GPs
Please note: we can only accept written referrals and this service is not available through choose and book. This is a national service, so we accept GP referrals from anywhere in the UK.
Due to the high demand for this clinic we can only accept referrals for patients with a diagnosis of fibromyalgia following appropriate assessment and investigation. We do not provide a primary diagnostic service or follow up appointments. The aim of this clinic is to provide multidisciplinary management recommendations appropriate to the individual at that time. If a second opinion is required this should be obtained via a general rheumatology clinic.
Please provide appropriate background information which may include details of investigation results and previous specialist assessments.
