Christopher Tack – clinical specialist in private and occupational health/service manager 

Chris is the current manager of the private physiotherapy service and resident clinical specialist physiotherapist. He has been qualified for almost 10 years and has extensive experience in the management of neuro-musculoskeletal problems, sports injuries and occupational health injuries.

Chris uses a combined treatment approach to help clients optimise their rehabilitation, including the use of Rehabilitative Conditioning™, a model of exercise prescription specific for injured tissue which he has developed to assist clients to return to sport and full activity. He also has qualifications in soft tissue massage therapies, acupuncture and manual therapy.

Chris has experience in managing varying levels of sports people, but is known for his work on strength and conditioning practices with mixed martial artists and combat sports athletes, for which he was published in the renowned Strength and Conditioning Journal in 2013. Prior to working for Guy's and St Thomas’, Chris worked in research for the National Institute of Clinical Health and Care Excellence where he assisted in the formation of the Low Back Pain Guideline (published in 2009).

Chris is a guest lecturer at King's College London where he has taught on topics such as chronic back pain management, manual therapy, research in physiotherapy and scope of practice for physiotherapists in sport. He also is a guest scientific writer on topics such as exercise and nutrition for international brand MyProtein.

Darryl Kelly – highly specialist physiotherapist in private and occupational health

Darryl is a highly specialist physiotherapist who graduated from University College Dublin with a first class honours. She has gained extensive musculoskeletal and orthopaedic experience working in Ireland in both hospital and private practice. Darryl has also worked in New Zealand, leading a team of physiotherapists at a private practice in Wellington.

Darryl has a specialist interest in sports injuries and rehabilitation, having worked with various sports teams such as the Irish hockey underage squads and regional rugby teams in New Zealand. She believes in thorough assessment and management of these injuries in order to identify contributing factors, and educate you as to why the injury may have occurred.

With an interest in research and development, Darryl recently completed her Masters in advanced neuromusculoskeletal physiotherapy at King's College London. She leads our clinical pilates classes after completing her advanced pilates training through APPI.

Faye Shorthouse – highly specialist physiotherapist in private and occupational health

Faye is one of the team’s highly specialised musculoskeletal physiotherapists. After achieving a first class honours degree from the University of Hertfordshire, Faye has worked in the NHS specialising in treating complex neuro-musculoskeletal injuries. This experience has been in addition to her working with Premier League professional team Fulham Football Club, and has allowed her to help athletes at endurance events such as the London Marathon.

Faye has progressed her career development with by completing an MSc in advanced neuromusculoskeletal physiotherapy, and has also assisted in the development and running of clinical research at the internationally recognised King's College London and Imperial College. The promotion of clinical research and teaching is integral to her practice.

Faye is active and athletic and enjoys cycling, running and cross fit training. She has a passion for skiing and is an advanced scuba diver.

Zoe Eggleton – highly specialist physiotherapist in women’s and men’s health

Zoe trained as a physiotherapist at the internationally reknowned King's College London. Since qualification she has worked at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Woolwich, Queen Mary's in Sidcup and Barts Health NHS Trust, gaining extended experience in musculoskeletal, obstetrics and gynaecology. She additionally has gained experience of working in the private sector at London Bridge Hospital.

Zoe is passionate about exercise in pregnancy and has extensive knowledge and practical experience of treating pregnant women with back and pelvic pain. She utilises various interventions to gain success with her clients including manual therapy, acupuncture, hydrotherapy and specifically prescribed exercise therapy.

Zoe has completed CPD courses in acupuncture for women's health and is a qualified pilates instructor, regularly using pilates with clients to optimise function.

Zoe also treats both male and female clients with pelvic floor dysfunction.
