patient information team leafletThe patient and information team is made up of the following 3 services, helping patients visitors and staff to get the information they need.

  • Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS): helps to resolve problems and concerns patients may have with our hospital's services and supports the process for making formal complaints where required.

  • Patient information service: provides information on health conditions, treatments, services and healthy living. We can help you find what you need from our collection, carry out web searches and give advice on websites and other resources.

  • Voluntary services: co-ordinates the activities of members of the public who give their time to our hospitals, helping to improve patient experience by supporting the work of paid staff.

Our charges per page are:

  • A4 photocopy: 5p
  • A3 photocopy: 10p
  • UK fax: 50p
  • International fax: £1
