Complete the residential application form (Word 50Kb) and return it either via fax or your manager's Trust email.

You can only join the waiting list until the authorisation part of your form has been filled in.

The accommodation department manages and maintains a substantial portfolio of accommodation for staff, patients and visitors to the Trust.

Staff 

Providing accommodation for staff is a key priority in relation to recruitment, retention and as a non-cash benefit. This is particularly important for 'key workers' who might find it difficult to find affordable housing near to the hospitals. Our accommodation should be viewed by prospective tenants as an intermediate measure whilst securing suitable private accommodation. There are over 800 units available for rent as individual tenancies across both Guy's and St Thomas'.

Patient

Simon Patient Hotel provides 'step-down' rooms on the St Thomas' site. This facility is considered critical as it allows inpatient beds to be released where on-going clinical care is not required. Reservations should only be made by the referring clinical area.

Visitor

Counting House Lodge at Guy's and Gassiot House Lodge at St Thomas' provide rooms which can be booked on a nightly basis by pre/post-appointment patients, accompanying relatives, carers and visitors to the Trust. These unique facilities are specifically designed to provide a non-clinical, safe and relaxing environment for guests, whilst having the reassurance of being a stone's throw away from the main hospital buildings. Rooms are available to be booked on a nightly basis at a charge of £50 per night for a single room and £60 per night for a twin room.
