Coming to the clinic
We offer a mixture of walk-in times and bookable slots:
Walk-in times - you do not need to book, but we recommend that you come as early as possible as waiting times can vary. During exceptionally busy times, we may need to close the last walk-in registration earlier than stated in the table below.
Bookable 'text to book' slots - you can book a slot from 6pm on the day before you want to attend. These are not suitable for follow-up appointments.
-
To reserve the next available slot, text TOMS SLOT to 07537 400 720.
-
You can also check to see if we have a specific time available, for example, text TOMS SLOT BEFORE 5 (for a slot at the Lydia clinic before 5pm) or TOMS SLOT AFTER 5 (for a slot at the Lydia clinic after 5pm).
-
If we can't offer you the exact time you want, you can still check for the next available slot, as above.
-
The slots fill up quickly. If there are no more spaces for that afternoon, you will be added to a 'wait list'. If a space becomes available you will be notified and have 10 minutes to respond.
Texts are charged at your standard network operating rate.
