Referrals

Phlebotomy and ECG are walk-in services, so no appointment is needed.

Referrals for all other services are managed centrally, so continue to use existing referral channels to Guy's and St Thomas'. 

Appointments for the services at Gracefield Gardens will be offered to patients if the centre is local to them and it is appropriate for them to be seen in the setting or if they specifically request to be seen at the centre.
