Thomas Guy Club
It’s easy to forget to look after yourself or relax when you care for others, whether it’s patients at work or a family at home.
Both hospitals have a gym with qualified fitness instructors, saunas, regular aerobic classes plus special courses like yoga, plus an on-site bar (for a medicinal tonic). The 25m heated indoor pool at Guy’s offers a cheap way to keep fit, but if team playing is more your thing, you can take part sports ranging from cricket and squash through to 5-a-side football.

Guy's Bar
Situated opposite the accommodation office at the end of Old Kings Head Yard. The club bar offers a wide range of drinks, quiz nights and other activities, plus a poolroom.
