Improving community health services in Dulwich poster

A consultation about the future of community health services in Dulwich and its surrounding areas has started and will run from 28 February to 31 May. NHS Southwark Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) would like to hear the views of local people about their plans including how healthcare services might be delivered and where these services could be provided.

The CCG is holding two public meetings as part of the consultation where there will be an opportunity to discuss the proposals and to ask questions. The meetings will be held on Tuesday 30 April at 7pm and Wednesday 22 May at 2pm at St Barnabas Church, Calton Avenue, SE21 7DG.

Call 0800 148 8575 or book a place online as spaces are limited. There are also a number of drop-in events.

Find out more about the consultation and complete the questionnaire on NHS Southwark Clinical Commissioning Group's website.

You can also request a printed copy by calling 0808 178 9055 or emailing: [email protected].

The outcome of the consultation, which covers community services in Dulwich, Nunhead, the southern parts of Camberwell, Peckham and Herne Hill, will be published in summer 2013.
