Patient Margaret Bartholomew with Sister Andrea Handley
There’s a new way for patients to tell us about their experiences at our hospitals and to let us know if they have had any problems. Care Connect allows patients and the public to contact the NHS by phone, by text, online, or via social media.
Issues raised through the new service will be passed to our dedicated Patient Advice Liaison Service team who will help to resolve them as quickly as possible.

The new service will help ensure transparency and openness in the NHS. It is being piloted at 16 hospital trusts in London and two in the north east of England.
