National Smile Month runs from 15 May to 15 June.
Here are three ways you can look after your mouth:
• Brush your teeth last thing at night and on at least one other occasion during the day with fluoride toothpaste.
• Cut down on how often you have sugary foods and drinks.
• Visit your dentist regularly, as often as they recommend.
