- 10.30-11.30am: dance class with Stella
- 11.45am-12.30pm: chair yoga with Louise Tyler
- 12.30-1.30pm: talk to physiotherapists and local groups about what is available in your area
- 1.30-2.30pm: walking sports with Millwall Community Trust
- 2.30-3.30pm: strength and balance exercise group with the physiotherapists
