  • I’m worried that there is something wrong with my prosthetic leg or it needs a repair

Please call your local prosthetic centre to request an urgent review. In the meantime, if you are unable to use your prosthetic leg, please use your wheelchair to move around. If you need extra help to manage at home safely without your prosthesis, call your local social services to request additional support.

  • I am a new amputee and I would like some rehab to get back to walking

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide inpatient prosthetic rehabilitation at this time. If you are in hospital, your treating team can refer you to your local outpatient prosthetic centre who will be able to place you on a waiting list for an appointment.

If you are already at home and have not been referred to your local outpatient prosthetic centre, your GP will be able to refer you.

  • I am worried that I might have coronavirus (COVID-19)

Please call NHS 111 for advice and support.
