Lambeth Integrated MSK service (LIMS)

LIMS is a one-stop service, combining muskuloskeletal clinical assessment triage and treatment service (MCATTS) and physiotherapy services.

Musculoskeletal outpatient service

In this department we offer a musculoskeletal (MSK) outpatient service, which provides assessment and treatment of your musculoskeletal (muscle and joint) conditions.

Our team will assess your individual needs to develop a treatment plan that uses a variety of treatment techniques. This includes exercise, manual therapy, acupuncture, hydrotherapy, education and advice.

We also offer:

  • lower limb class
  • lower limb class (advanced)
  • osteoarthritis knee class induction sessions
  • patellofemoral joint class induction sessions.

This service is different from the musculoskeletal clinical assessment triage and treatment service (MCATTs) which provides specialist expert second opinion for your muscle and joint condition.

Women's and men's health physiotherapy

Find out more about Guy’s and St Thomas' women’s and men’s health physiotherapy service. It provides specialist care for women and men with bladder, bowel and pelvic floor muscle related disorders.
