Support and advice from PALS 

Our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) offers confidential advice, support and information to patients, their families and carers.

The PALS team can give you information about health and other support services, as well as help resolve any concerns or problems you may have when using services at Guy’s and St Thomas’ hospitals or our community services in Lambeth and Southwark.

We aim to improve our services by listening to your comments and suggestions and sharing them with the staff providing these services.

How are we doing?

Our PALS team helps around 1,000 patients and relatives each month.
