Our quality story

Asking patients what they think – Trust surveys

We carry out a number of local surveys to find out what patients think about their treatment and care.

This is because patient views play a key part in helping us to improve our services.

What's the standard?

When we receive comments or suggestions, we share the information with staff and use it to improve our care.

How are we doing?

We regularly report patient feedback to our Board of Directors.

We use comments, both positive and negative, to improve our services and to ensure that our staff know what matters to patients.

See some of the comments we have received in our latest integrated quality and performance report, available to download from our Board papers page.
