The Vaults at Thomas Guy Club
It’s easy to forget to look after yourself or relax when you care for others, whether it’s patients at work or a family at home.
Thomas Guy Club is a sports and social club to help you balance your work life and take time out to relax, get fit and have fun.
Who can join Thomas Guy Club?
- staff of Guy's and St Thomas' (including voluntary workers)
- staff and students from King's College London and the British School of Osteopathy
- staff from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, the Community Health South London Trust, and from Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark Clinical Commissioning Groups
- London Ambulance Service staff
- staff from the Sainsbury's Centre for Mental Health

Why join?
Gym equipmentBoth of our hospitals have a gym with qualified fitness instructors, regular aerobic classes plus special courses like yoga.
At Guy's we have an on-site bar (for a catch up after work), a 25m heated indoor pool and a sauna.
If team playing is more your thing, you can take part sports ranging from Gym at Guy's Hospitalcricket and squash through to 5-a-side football.
The club also arranges social events like karaoke and quiz nights.
