Travelling to Guy's Hospital
From Saturday 20 December, there will be major changes to services at London Bridge station.
From 20 December to 4 January 2015, there will be no Southern or Thameslink services to or from London Bridge.
From Monday 22-Wednesday 24 December, some Southeastern morning peak services to Charing Cross will not stop at London Bridge.
There are a series of other major changes planned from 5 January.
Patients and visitors who are planning to travel by train to Guy's Hospital may need to take an alternative route.
