Biography: Presanna is the lead for adult rehabilitation and diagnostics. He took a career break in 2009 to develop the Ratmalana Audiology Centre at the Ceylon School for the Deaf in Sri Lanka. He lectured to BSc audiology students at the University of Colombo in the inaugural year of the course.
Presanna previously worked at the audiology department at Great Ormond Street Hospital and the department of neuro-otology, National Hospital of Neurology and Neurosurgery, where he supported a PhD thesis on migraine and balance disorders.
Specialist interests: Assessment of patients with balance disorders.

Nina Koloutsou
Nina Koloutsou, senior specialist audiological scientist

Biography: Nina joined the audiology department as an audiological scientist in 2001. She helps to improve the quality of life of patients experiencing problems with hearing and balance. She has over 10 years of clinical experience working in general audiology, including adult and children hearing assessments, vestibular (balance) assessments and other advanced audiological assessments.
Nina is a clinical supervisor for the clinical placements of the third year University College London BSc students in audiology.
She has helped to develop the multi-disciplinary team (MDT) clinic for the balance service at Guy’s. She is particularly interested in research and has participated in several departmental research projects and published papers on her own and joint research.
Specialist interests: Auditory processing disorders, vestibular evoked myogenic potentials, migraine and vestibular problems, single side of deafness (wireless cross hearing aid study), speech testing

Satheesh Sriskandarajah

Biography: Satheesh has a keen interest in the treatment of single sided deafness (SSD) and is also an active clinician in the balance clinic at Guy's.
He has previously worked at St George’s Hospital, Eastbourne General District Hospital, Chase Farm Hospital and Basildon Hospital.
