Referrals
We accept referrals from:
- GPs
- physiotherispts
- district nurses
- patients
- carers
GP and other health professionals
Please complete the continence advisory service (CAS) referral form and email it to us.

We accept referrals for adults over 18 years old:
- with any type of bladder, bowel or pelvic floor dysfunction
- who are non-housebound
- registered with a GP in Lambeth or Southwark
We do not accept referrals for:
- children under 18 years old
- people who are housebound
Self-referrals
You can self-refer for an appointment if we've seen you within the last 6 months.
