Routine referrals
We accept referrals from all UK doctors. Referrals can be addressed to specific consultants or clinics.
Referrals from other hospitals must include a completed Inter-Provider Minimum Data Set or ensure that one is sent within 48 hours of referring a patient.
Urgent and emergency referrals
For two-week wait referrals, please email a referral to GSTTHaemophiliaReferrals@nhs.net and clearly mark it as URGENT.
To refer as an emergency, please contact the on call thrombosis registrar or a thrombosis consultant via hospital switchboard on 020 7188 7188.
