– please note that there is no walk in facility available for these scans.
Requesting a Nuclear Medicine scan
In order to make a referral for a Nuclear Medicine scan, please:
1. Download the Nuclear Medicine Request form (Word 217Kb)
2. Please make sure ALL fields are completed
Incomplete/ illegible forms will be returned and delays the booking
3. Send the completed form to this email address: gst-tr.NuclearMedicineAandCReferrals@nhs.net
Requesting a DEXA scan
In order to make a referral for a DEXA scan, please:

Opening hours
Guy’s Hospital is open Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
St Thomas’ Hospital is open Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm
Osteoporosis Unit is open Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm (closed between 12-1pm daily)
