The metabolic bone clinic accepts both GP and tertiary referrals.

All patients will be booked in for a DEXA scan prior to their first outpatient appointment.
Referrals from other hospitals must include a completed Inter-Provider Minimum Data Set or ensure that one is sent within 48 hours of referring a patient.
