How to refer a patient
We accept referrals from GPs within Lambeth and Southwark.
For Lambeth GPs referring to MSK please use NHS e-Referral Service.
To refer to physiotherapy use our referral form (Word 40Kb) or use NHS e-Referral Service.
Musculoskeletal assessment and treatment service
The musculoskeletal assessment and treatment service (MCATTS) provides a second opinion for musculoskeletal conditions that would otherwise be referred to orthopaedics or rheumatology. Patients are assessed by a clinical specialist with an extended scope of practice, diagnostics are ordered as required and onward referral to consultant clinics are made where appropriate.
