Helping you plan your journey

Patients and visitors

More in this section

For information about travelling to our hospitals and community locations, see:

Remember to check which hospital or community site you are due at before setting out.

  • Patients – the address and contact details of the department, health centre or ward you are coming to will be on your appointment letter.
  • Visiting a patient – check which ward they are on and the relevant visiting hours. If you are unsure, call main reception on 020 7188 7188.

Driving to our hospitals

  • Parking at our hospitals is very limited, please use public transport.
  • Our hospitals are in the congestion charging zone. The Transport for London website gives information about how to pay this and who qualifies for refunds or discounts.

Finding your way around

To help you find your way around, the main buildings at both hospitals are named and colour-coded.
