Making a referral

We accept referrals from dermatologists and GPs.

Your patient must see a dermatologist before being referred to our clinic.

Please email or post your referral to us.

Referrals from other hospitals must include a completed inter-provider minimum data set. Make sure that one is sent within 48 hours of making a referral.

Referral criteria

We do not accept referrals for long-term disease and drug monitoring. We can provide support to other hospitals who provide ongoing care.

We can not prescribe wigs for patients who live outside Southwark and Lambeth but we can offer advice on hair systems.

We do not treat patients with suspected nail cancer. Please refer them to our skin cancer service.

Referral criteria can be supplied on request.
