We are home to the
UK's largest twin register

We have an international reputation for undertaking pioneering clinical research.

Our focus is on improving your care, developing better treatments and increasing our understanding of disease.

We are part of King’s Health Partners, one of only six academic health science centres in England, and our National Institute for Health Research Biomedical Research Centre leads the way in translational research and innovation.

We are also part of the ground-breaking 100,000 Genomes Project and are working alongside the University of Leeds in a national consortium which will deliver improved benefits in clinical research across the NHS.
