'We're Listening' – watch our new film

Patients are at the heart of everything we do at Guy’s and St Thomas’.

That is why it is important we listen to what they tell us about the care they have received, and learn how we can make improvements for the future.

To share some of the ways that patients get involved, we have made a short film featuring patients and staff from across the Trust.

Jackie Parrott, Director of Strategy, says: “We engage with patients, their families and the public because we always learn from listening to them and involving them. That’s the key thing – we want to involve them in decisions right from the beginning.”

The film, which was made by Guy’s and St Thomas’ in-house communications team, premiered on 10 September at the Trust’s Annual Public Meeting, which was attended my more than 250 people.
