Routine referrals
We accept referrals from the patients GP or other hospital specialists. Please send your referral by letter or email to the above address.
Dermatologists based at other hospitals in the UK can refer directly to the specialty dermatology teams or to the tertiary general clinic for complex cases.
Suspected skin cancer referrals
Patients with moles, lesions or suspected skin cancer should be referred to our skin cancer screening clinic.
Referrals from other hospitals must include a completed Inter-Provider Minimum Data Set or ensure that one is sent within 48 hours of referring a patient.
Emergency referrals
If your referral is urgent, please contact the on-call doctor via the main switchboard 020 7188 7188, bleep 2010.
