The local catchment area of Guy's and St Thomas' includes the 1 million population of Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham. We also have a large tertiary referral practice dealing with patients from all over the UK and other countries.

To refer a patient

Referrals are accepted from GPs and other hospital specialists.
Referrals from other hospitals must include a completed Inter-Provider Minimum Data Set or ensure that one is sent within 48 hours of referring a patient.
