Guy’s and St Thomas’ reappoints two Non-Executive Directors

Dr Felicity Harvey CBE and Professor Miranda Brawn have been reappointed as Non-Executive Directors on the board at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust.

Dr Harvey’s term has been extended until 14 September 2027 and she will continue as Senior Independent Director and Joint Deputy Chair. 

Professor Brawn’s term has been extended until 30 June 2027. She chairs the Trust’s People, Culture and Education Board Committee.

The reappointments were approved at a meeting of the Trust's Council of Governors, which includes elected representatives of patients, members of the public and staff.

Charles Alexander, Chairman of Guy’s and St Thomas’, said: “Both Felicity and Miranda bring a wealth of experience to our work as a Board. They offer expertise, knowledge and challenge to the Trust as we strive to deliver outstanding care to all our patients. I am very pleased that they have agreed to extend their current terms with us.”
