New Evelina London website goes live

Patients and parents at Evelina London have helped to design and develop a brand new website which went live today, Tuesday 10 February.

The website aims to help make children, young people and their families feel comfortable and confident about their visit. Visit the website at www.evelinalondon.nhs.uk.

The website includes films starring actual Evelina London patients and have been made for children by children. Topics include how to make friends, what to do so you don’t get bored, and what the food is like.

Patients and parents can take a ‘virtual tour’ of the hospital and see what their doctor looks like by viewing their profile.

The website is bright, colourful and uses the award-winning Evelina London brand. It currently contains around 600 pages of content and more than 200 documents with ambitious plans to develop it further, adding more information for both families and healthcare professionals.
