Staff show off incredible talent at the great bake off

Staff went all out for today’s Great Bake Off held in the Parliament Panorama marquee with more than 30 spectacular entries.

Staff really stepped up to the mark to show off their baking talent with original creations, and incredible decorations.

Thanks to all the staff who entered and helped raise £440 for Marie Curie.

International

Traditional British

• Winner – Mandy Murphy (Bakewell tart)
• Runner up – Lyn Rodger (Victoria sponge)
• Highly commended – Karen Richardson (Victoria sponge)

Cupcakes

• Winner – Angie Davidson (NHS themed cupcakes)
• Runner up – Tina Desouza (dark and white chocolate cupcakes)

• Runner up – Emma Barlow (Carrot cake)
