There’s a new way for patients to tell us about their experiences at our hospitals and let us know if they have experienced any problems. A new online patient feedback service means that patients can now flag issues with NHS Trusts by telephone, text or online 24 hours a day.

Issues raised through the new service will be passed to our dedicated Patient Advice Liaison Service team who will help to resolve them as quickly as possible.

The new service is being piloted at several hospitals in London and the north east of England, before being rolled out nationally in the autumn.
