Hiva Fassihi


Consultant dermatologist and clinical lead for the national XP service


Hiva Fassihi is the clinical lead for the national XP service. She has a strong background in translational research, and expertise in genetic skin disorders, paediatric dermatology and photodermatology.

Hiva undertook dermatology training at St John's Institute of Dermatology, Guy's and St Thomas' (2003 - 2011). This included 3 years as a clinical research fellow working with the national epidermolysis bullosa service.
