Biography

Shamim Nassrally has been a consultant in acute and general medicine at Guy's and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust since 2019.

In addition to his clinical role, he is a foundation training programme director, and acute care block lead for King's College London Medical School.  

He has previously been a national medical directors clinical fellow at NHS Improvement, and a Royal College of Physicians (RCP) chief registrar. He has also undertaken a 2 year Clinical Teaching Fellowship and served on the RCP Trainees committee as well as Society for Acute Medicine Council.
