Annual report and accounts
Our annual reports chart changes and improvements over each year. They show where our money comes from and how we spend it.
Our accounts are reviewed by an external auditor to make sure they are a fair assessment before they are submitted to NHS England and NHS Improvement, and to Parliament.

Quality reports

Quality accounts
The quality accounts are intended to allow people to compare the performance of different trusts as we are all required to report on the same things. They contain the quality priorities that we set for our hospital and community services, and report back on our progress in achieving the priorities that we set ourselves last year.
Our quality accounts are published as part of our annual report. Read the quality report chapter (page 71) from the 2019/20 annual report (PDF 5Mb). They are also published on the NHS website.

Statutory declarations
- Description:
- The board register of interests draws together declarations of interest made by members of the board of directors. At the commencement of each board meeting, members of the Board are required to declare any interests.
- Description:
- The Bribery Act 2010 came into effect in July 2011 and this statement demonstrates the Trust's commitment to the principles of the act.
- Description:
- Declaration from the Board of compliance against General Condition 6 of the NHS provider licence as required by the Trust's regulator, NHS Improvement. This requires NHS Foundation Trusts to have processes and systems that identify risks to compliance, and to take reasonable mitigating actions to prevent those risks and a failure to comply from occurring.
