Join us for an evening of insight and innovation at our upcoming research showcase, introduced by Kate Blake, Director of research and development. The event will begin with a session on keeping patients safe in research, highlighting the vital role of quality assurance at every stage, led by experts from the research and development quality assurance team.
We’ll then spotlight pioneering work from the Heart, Lung and Critical Care clinical group, featuring presentations on:
- the development of the Heart, Lung and Critical Care Biobank
- new treatment approaches for coronary artery disease
- investigating whether we can slow the progression of aortic stenosis
- a final talk from Marlies Ostermann, consultant in critical care and nephrology
This is a unique opportunity to explore the latest advances in clinical research and patient care.
