Life after a transplant comes with many new rules, especially when it comes to what you eat and drink.
What you eat and when you take your medicines can make a big difference to your long-term health.
This webinar is for post-transplant patients. Our speakers will help you eat with confidence and manage your medicines.
If you have ever wondered 'can I still eat this?' then this session is for you.
It has been created by patients for patients, with our speakers explaining why post‑transplant nutrition matters and how to get it right.
