Support our charity by taking part in the Bupa 10k run

You can support our hospitals by joining Mo Farah and taking part in Bupa’s 10k run though London on bank holiday Monday 27 May 2013.

Participants assemble in Green Park, and the run starts and finishes in St James’ Park.

The route passes many of London's most famous landmarks, including Westminster Abbey, the London Eye, St Paul's Cathedral, Nelson's Column, Admiralty Arch, and Buckingham Palace.

Places are just £25 and we ask that you raise as much as you can for our charity.

All runners receive:

• a free personalised running vest or t-shirt
• top training and nutritional advice from our team coach
• unlimited fundraising support from our dedicated events team
• access to our Bupa 10,000 facebook group to share tips with your team mates
