Consultant haematologist
Biography
Deepti Radia has been a consultant haematologist at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust since 2003. Her clinical expertise spans systemic mastocytosis, chronic myeloid leukaemia, myeloproliferative disorders including thrombocytosis, erythrocytosis and myelofibrosis as well as anaemia and broader general haematology.
Deepti is the lead clinician for the chronic myeloid leukaemia and systemic mastocytosis services.
The systemic mastocytosis service at GSTT has been registered as a UK Centre of Excellence with the European Competence Network in Mastocytosis since 2005.
She has always had an active interest in postgraduate medical training and has held senior leadership roles in postgraduate medical education. She is currently an educational supervisor.

• Deepti has authored and co-authored over 30 peer‑reviewed publications and her work has contributed significantly to advances in the understanding and management of systemic mastocytosis.
